A: In Switzerland within 1-3 days.
A: Worldwide within 5-30 days, depending on location and customs processing.
Q: Are there any extra costs for shipping outside of Switzerland?
A: Yes, for customs, fees and taxes.

Q: Can I look at and try out a camera in the store?
A: Yes of course, visitors are always welcome
Q: Do the old cameras work?
A: Yes, all cleaned and checked. A defect will be described accordingly.
Q: Do I have a warranty?
A: Yes, a 90-day functional warranty for second-hand cameras and the usual manufacturer's warranty for new gear.
Q: What does condition A, B, C or D mean?
A: A= as good as new, B= slight signs of use, C= heavy signs of use and D= defective.

Q: Can I return a purchased item?
A: No, only after consultation.

Q: How can I pay?
A: In person at pickup in the store, prepayment, Paypal and all major credit/debit cards.
Q: Is the price including VAT?
A: Yes, always inclusive 7.7%.
